London star Mulvey set to face former teammates at Croke Park

London are set to line out with an unchanged team when they make their historic trip to Croke Park for Saturday's All-Ireland SFC fourth round qualifier against Cavan (throw-in 3pm).

Manager Paul Coggins has kept faith with the 15 players who started the Exiles' first ever Connacht senior final in Castlebar last weekend.

The game ended in a disappointing 5-11 to 0-10 defeat with fit-again forward Cillian O'Connor coming off the bench to score 3-3 for victors Mayo.

It is the same London side that beat Leitrim in the recent Connacht semi-final replay, with Fulham Irish clubman Seamus Hannon captaining the side from the half-back line.

It will be a big day for full-forward Lorcan Mulvey who scored 0-7 (including six frees), against Mayo.

The former Butlersbridge and Cavan player will be facing his native county at GAA headquarters.

Looking forward to the big occasion, Mulvey told the Irish Daily Star: "I suppose I've loved Cavan all my footballing life and I am trying to stop them from getting any further.

"London's my team at the moment and the lads out there on the field would absolutely die for me. I suppose I have to acknowledge that and die for them no matter who we are playing against and that's it."

London supporters who are not able to make it to Croke Park will be able to follow the game live on TV as Premier Sports will have live and exclusive UK coverage of London's clash with Cavan (Channel 428 on Sky).

Meanwhile, the GAA have confirmed that the draw for the All-Ireland quarter-finals will be held on Saturday night with RT? Radio 1 broadcasting it live at 8.30pm.

The draw will contain the four winners of Saturday's fourth round qualifiers who will pitted against this summer's provincial champions - Mayo, Dublin, Kerry and Monaghan.

The quarter-final ties will be run over the August Bank Holiday weekend. No repeats of provincial final pairings are allowed in the last-eight, although teams who played each other in earlier rounds of the provincial Championships can play each other in the quarters.
